Lewis & Cavanaugh LLC (L&C) is a business consulting firm focused on serving the comprehensive needs of small businesses and nonprofits, federal and local government entities and communities in the Washington DC area. With a network of experienced professionals and a team approach to most consulting projects, L&C will be able to offer cost efficient, innovative solutions and deliver high-quality services than many of its competitors.

Lewis and Cavanaugh LLC specializes in several disciplines, including facilities and operations management, workforce training and development, staffing and recruiting, youth development and leadership, administrative support/management, and human resources.

L&C offers a list of services for business owners to choose from, depending on their particular business needs. Some examples are; business and plan preparation, financial research and procurement, IT and database consulting services, management trainings and development, human resources advising, etc.

L&C will have a major focus on start-up businesses, preferably in the earlier stages of operation. Small and mid-sized businesses make up a sizable majority of U.S. and international markets. L&C prefers to establish a relationship with a younger operation and continue to nurture that relationship over the long term. 

L&C will be established as an Maryland based LLC. Our CEO has extensive experience in business planning and development, and a huge network of professionals all coming from various backgrounds and will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to our clients.
